Our House Paints of Choice Are Benjamin Moore

Interiors – We use Benjamin Moore Regal® Select Waterborne Interior Paint
for our interior house painting projects. It’s a water-based acrylic paint with zero VOC’s (Volatile organic compounds) and low odor.

Interiors – We use Benjamin Moore Regal® Select Exterior Paint for our exterior house painting projects. It is a durable, 100% acrylic latex that offers great coverage and adhesion, and is available in thousands of colors!

Exterior Wood Stains – For exterior wood projects we use Benjamin Moore ARBORCOAT®, a Premium stain.

We also use Farrow & Ball paints and stains.

Our Painting Process for Success

  1. Initial Painting Estimate and Consultation
    First we schedule a painting estimate. Then we listen, observe, and inspect, then send you a quotation based on your needs and the nature of the painting project.
  2. Planning and Scheduling
    We work with you and schedule a time to start your house painting project.
  3. Prepare for Painting
    We prepare the job site for interior or exterior painting. Including a skim coat, spackling, sanding, grouting or anything necessary to repair and prepare walls or areas for painting. Or in the exterior of a house, cleaning the exterior includes power-washing before painting.
  4. Start Painting
    We apply specific paint coats and / or finishes as necessary. Including primers and or specifically chosen paints or stains for your project. This step may also include sanding or grouting as needed and necessary.
  5. * Cleanup
    After painting and finishing is complete, all materials are removed and the project site cleaned.
    * Please note: We cleanup everyday on the project site.
  6. Inspection & Review
    Once the painting and finishing are completed, the project and site are inspected by you and Peter.
    You review our paint project and sign off.
